What can I find at ADHD DEPT.?
Original hoodies and T-shirts, ceramic mugs, lined hardback notebooks and unframed art prints, for minds like yours. Our clothing has a small logo on the chest and a bold print on the back. Products still being prepared stay out of the shopping range.
What is the First 20?
The first 20 customers to complete an order become ADHD Dept. Founding Members. You get your own member number, yours for good, and £5 off T-shirts and hoodies on your future orders. When all 20 places have gone, the offer closes and won't reopen. See the Founding Members page for the full details and how many places are left.
How do I become a Founding Member?
Place your first order at full price. There's nothing to sign up for. Places go in the order people buy, and we email your member number and discount code within 2 working days of your order. A cancelled or fully refunded order doesn't count, and that place goes to the next customer.
How does the Founding Member discount work?
Your code takes £5 off T-shirts and hoodies, once per order. It can't be used on your first order, doesn't apply to mugs, notebooks or art prints, and can't be combined with other offers. It only works with the email address on your membership, so it can't be passed on. It lasts for as long as ADHD Dept. is trading. If we ever need to change or end it, we'll email you at least 30 days before.
How do I choose my clothing?
Check the style, colour and available sizes on the product page. Our hoodies are the AWDis JH001 College Hoodie, a relaxed unisex pullover with a kangaroo pocket. Our T-shirts are the Bella+Canvas 3001, a classic unisex tee. Sizes run from S up to 2XL or 3XL, depending on the design and colour. If you need a garment measurement before choosing, contact us and we'll help you check.
What are the mugs like?
Our mugs are 11oz ceramic, with the design printed on both sides so it faces out whichever hand you hold it in. They're dishwasher and microwave safe, and come in one size. See all mugs.
What sizes do notebooks and art prints come in?
Notebooks come in Small (5 × 7 inch), A5 and A4. Art prints come in A4, A3, A2 and A1, and are unframed. If anything is unclear, contact us before ordering and we'll help you check.
Are the pictures of finished samples?
Our product pictures, including those on models, are illustrative. Read the product details for the exact item, selected size and colour. Styling props are not included unless the listing says they are.
What does “coming soon” mean?
We're still preparing that product, so it can't be ordered yet. Anything you can add to your basket is available to order.
How do I check what is included?
Read the product description and check your selected option before ordering. Look for the selected size, materials and any items listed as included.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
We deliver to UK addresses only: mainland England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Standard delivery is free, and any options are shown before you pay. Offshore islands outside Northern Ireland, international and British Forces delivery are not currently offered.
How long does delivery take?
Our products are printed to order, so delivery time depends on the item, supplier, delivery service and destination. Check the product information and our Shipping policy before placing an order. If you need an item for a particular date, contact us first so we can check the available information.
Can items arrive separately?
Items in the same order may arrive in separate parcels, sometimes on different days. If you need help checking a delivery, contact us with your order number.
How do returns work?
Our Refund policy explains cancellation, return postage, refund timing and your rights if an item is faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described. You can send change-of-mind returns to the address in that policy without waiting for our approval. If an item is faulty, damaged or incorrect, email us so we can arrange a suitable return or collection.
