Returns and refunds

For help with an order, email adhddept.store@proton.me with your order number or other proof of purchase and the item concerned. ADHD Dept. handles your request even when a supplier or fulfilment partner dispatches your order.

Changing your mind

For non-personalised goods bought online, you can cancel without giving a reason from the time you order until 14 days after delivery. Where one order is delivered in separate parts, the cancellation period runs from receipt of the last item. Tell us clearly that you wish to cancel, then send the goods back within 14 days of telling us.

This applies to our standard catalogue products. You may inspect an item as you would in a shop. Please package returns securely, using the original packaging where possible. Original packaging is not a condition of your statutory rights. We may deduct for loss in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to establish the item's nature, characteristics and functioning. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Personalised goods

Products made with your own photo, name, artwork or other individual specification are excluded from the change-of-mind cancellation right. Contact us promptly if you need a change or cancellation: we will check whether production can still be stopped, but cannot guarantee it. This exception never removes your rights when goods are faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or not as described.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

Please tell us about the problem and, if possible, include photos to help us resolve it. For goods that breach your consumer rights, you normally have a 30-day short-term right to reject them for a refund. After that, repair or replacement rights may apply, followed where applicable by a price reduction or refund. Rights may continue beyond 30 days. We cover reasonable necessary return costs for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods and will arrange a suitable return or collection method.

For return help, email adhddept.store@proton.me with your order number or other proof of purchase. You can send change-of-mind returns to the address above without waiting for our approval. For faulty, damaged or incorrect items, contact us so we can arrange a suitable return or collection and cover reasonable necessary return costs.

If you are exercising your right to cancel, you can give us a clear notice of cancellation using our contact details. You do not need to wait for a reply or approval to give that notice. This does not change the cancellation periods, return deadlines or other rights explained in this policy.

Please include your order number or other proof of purchase inside the parcel. Package items securely and keep proof of posting.

For change-of-mind returns, you pay the direct return postage cost. For faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods, email adhddept.store@proton.me so we can arrange a suitable return or collection and cover reasonable necessary return costs.

Do not send returns to a supplier’s dispatch address unless we specifically instruct you to. For orders containing items from different suppliers, contact us if you need help coordinating the return. Your statutory cancellation rights do not depend on our approval.

Refunds

For an eligible cancellation, we refund without undue delay and no later than 14 days after receiving the goods back or evidence that you sent them back, whichever is earlier. If we agree to collect the goods, the refund deadline is 14 days after you tell us you are cancelling. When you cancel the whole order, we also refund the cost of our least expensive standard outbound delivery; premium delivery upgrades are not refunded. Refunds use the original payment method unless you expressly agree otherwise, with no refund fee. For a faulty-goods refund, we refund within 14 days of agreeing you are entitled to it.
